Vibrating Feeder

Vibrating feeders are continuous conveyors for horizontal, inclined and lightly upward transport of bulk and break bulk materials.

The vibrating feeder is placed on springs.

A vibration exciter sets the vibrating feeder into reciprocating motion.

This motion accelerates and, as a result, moves the material conveyed.

This type of transportation is especially protective of the material conveyed.

Depending on the type of material conveyed, the vibrating feeder can be lined with wear plates to fulfil specific requirements.

It is also possible to provide a screen area on the base of these kinds of feeders, which allows separation of various granular sizes directly in the process of conveying the material.

Due to the simple construction, it is practically unnecessary to keep a costly supply of spare parts.
