Single deck vibratory screens are freely vibrating machines which are oscillated by two circular exciter. The amplitude as well as the conveying speed can be adapt to the individual task. You can easily adjust the rotational speed with a transmission. According to the function the tilt can be adjusted appropriately.
Circular vibrating screens are manufactured with hock bolts. The screen is a multi-piece construction and can be replaced easily without any special tools.
The basic configuration includes a screen with plastic coatings.
Based on requirements, screens are also available in rubber and steel mesh version.
