Balanced vibrating conveyors

Balanced vibrating conveyors are used in situations where there is little headroom and there are long conveying distances, i.e. in situations where it is not possible to work with traditional vibrating feeders.

They are particularly suitable as selecting and/or sorting feeders and are essentially composed of the upper part (trough) and the lower part (counterframe) which are only connected to each other by means of pressure and suspension links.

The drive unit placed between the two parts causes the upper part to vibrate via a rotating eccentric shaft. This transports the conveyed material on the upper part.

The lower part, which is also positioned on compression springs, absorbs the vibrations that are created and prevents the dissemination onto the floor and/or the supporting structure.
